The Quick Start (Processing)

• We're super efficient! All orders are packed up and shipped out on the next business day (that's Monday through Friday, excluding any holidays where we're busy chewing gummies).

The Journey (Shipping & Estimated Delivery)

• We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, Uniuni, or GOFO express (we pick the best one for your address!).
• Once your order leaves our facility, you can generally expect your delivery within 7–10 business days. This is an estimate, but we promise it's worth the short wait!

A Quick Heads-Up on Delivery

While we aim for a perfect drop-off at your home, direct home delivery isn't always guaranteed by the carrier. Sometimes (due to local policy or access), your carrier may leave a notice requiring you to pick up your package at your local post office. We promise it’s a quick trip for your gummies!

Follow Your Fun (Tracking & Delays)

• Tracking: As soon as your order ships, a tracking number magically appears in your email inbox so you can stalk your package all the way to your front door!
